On Sunday 29/09/2024 you can join our Scout Francis on a tour of the beautiful Tösch-Langeren nature reserve.
He will take you into the history of the area. Where, for example, do the place names 'Moscow', 'Langeren' or 'Pastoorskuilen' come from? What is the anecdote of “quarrel on the heath”? How did this area originate? Why does the Forest Brook run above ground level here? And many other interesting facts are covered.
On the way you will meet the nature managers of the area: the Galloway cows and the Konik horses, you will get to know old forest plants and who knows, you might even see the beaver or the stork!
After this hike you will look at this beautiful piece of nature with different eyes.
