Every walker finds their heart’s desire in Maaseik. Beautiful town trails or a meander through unspoiled nature. For days if you please. As well as gorgeous peaceful bike trails, Regional Landscape Kempen and Maasland is also home to a wide selection of footpaths through GrensPark Kempen-Broek, RivierPark Maasvallei and the Hoge Kempen National Park. All you need to do is pull on your walking boots, head out to Maaseik and choose your route.
From April 15 to May 15, 2024, the walks in the areas Donderslag, Solterheide and Oudsberg will be modified. This means that no (or incomplete) signposted walks will be available during that period. The areas will of course remain accessible. More info and alternatives can be found on this website
