The Capuchin monastery is a place where history, care, and culture come together. Thanks to its colorful history, the exhibition houses a unique collection full of fascinating stories. After more than 400 years, care remains its greatest legacy.

The permanent exhibition ‘400 years of care as the highest heritage’ highlights the rich history of the monastery as a historic building and center of care. In words and images, the story is told from its foundation to its current function as a care institution of Covida, which is committed to helping people with mental disabilities.

Visitors are taken on a journey through the past via the corridors surrounding the serene courtyard garden. A timeline in the corridors shows the evolution of the site and the different forms of care provided over the centuries.
