The curly tail of the Mangalica has something of a sheep about it. It’s a strong breed that likes to burrow and Mark gives them plenty of space to do so. The pork is exceptionally tender and delicate. That’s because the pigs grow slowly, have free reign outside in Opoeteren and their meat contains three times more healthy omega 3 fatty acids than the meat of regular pigs.
